To book a BCS with Kate, you will will need to apply on the bottom of the Business Consulting with Kate page. Kate takes on very few 1:1 clients at one time and therefore requires an application process.

The Feminine Code Business School is an entirely online training that includes four live group sessions with Kate. Calls take place over video conference and the training takes place over a third party platform.

The Feminine Code Business School is an 8-week intensive online immersion into building a successful business the feminine way. The Feminine Code is the first training of its kind using practical business frameworks that are woven together with the feminine wisdom of nature and its cycles.

You will learn to create and grow a business in-tune with the lunar cycle, the seasons, the elements and the woman’s own cycle. The Feminine Code training is practical for building and growing your new business or for helping you improve the business you are already running.

The Feminine Code is an entirely online training that takes place in the online learning portal and includes five live group sessions with Kate. Calls take place over video conference and the training takes place over a third party platform.

You have one-year access from the start of the training so you can revisit the material again and again.

The training requires approximately 3 - 5 hours of time per week if you are completing it real-time. This can vary based on how deep you go into the work and whether you expand the business frameworks over multiple aspects of your business. We recommend following the training pace with 1 module (or phase) per week.

As the training is run in line with the phases of the moon over 8 weeks, it is best to keep with the pace of the training; however, if you do fall behind, it is no stress, as you can pick up where you left off and meet us for the live sessions when they begin.

Building a business takes time, and this 8 week immersion will get you on the fast-track to starting up and scaling your business in an entirely new way.

The training will cover many different energetic healing modalities, as you are working a great deal with your own energy as it relates to your business. You will work with the feminine arts, the phases of the moon, the seasons, elements and the directions.

We will weave this knowledge together with many different aspects of business, ranging from the foundation of Vision, Mission and Values, getting clarity on what you are here to do (either within your already running business or in a business that you have yet to create). You will look into customer segmentation, product and service creation, marketing, messaging, product packaging, pricing, budgeting, scheduling and business plan building.

The Feminine Code Business School is the first level of this kind of training and since it is a global program, the specifics of the following will not be covered: banking, investment, loans, tax structures, legal business structures and insurance. The Feminine Code Business School goes beyond the business basics and takes you into core aspects of starting, building and running your business with feminine power as the core asset.

The Feminine Code is a concept developed by Kate Murphy that connects to the wisdom of nature, the moon's phases and cycles, the elements as well as the directions, and weaves them into different areas of one's life. Her primary focus presently is on how to use this wisdom in business. This can be experienced through her training of the same namesake, The Feminine Code.

The divine feminine is an energetic healing frequency that feature the feminine qualities we experience in our lives. These qualities are not seen, but rather felt. The divine feminine can include certain values such as honouring nature, connecting to others and can include deeper spiritual explorations into the idea of there being both a feminine and masculine aspect to spirit.

Living and working in a western society that is very focused on the masculine being valued and revered, Kate found it important to work with raising the feminine frequency in order to meet the masculine. Following her work in both tech and business, she saw a need to bring more emphasis onto feminine values and women, especially as it related to leadership.

She sees it as important to reach a balance between the energies, and not to hold one greater than the other. Both of equal importance, and both honoured.

All cultural or religious backgrounds are welcome here and do not compete. Think of Priestess School as a place where you can gain a wider breadth of how you experience spirituality. If you're new to this space, be assured that this journey will usher in a completely transformed connection with the sacred, the feminine, and, above all, with your own authentic self. No prior training is required.

To answer this question in a few sentences would be doing a disservice, but in an attempt to shed light on an important question: a priestess is a guardian of ancient wisdom, a spaceholder, a threshold holder, a healer, and an embodiment of an integrated feminine and masculine leader. The priestess honours the Sacred Feminine and acknowledges the importance of balance and unity. With a deep connection to nature and an understanding of natural rhythms, she perceives the sacred within each individual, recognizing the oneness that exists between the Divine, nature, and humanity.

Moreover, it's worth noting that for those who embark on this journey, the course materials are thoughtfully provided with flexibility in mind. You are granted ample time to navigate the materials at your own pace, allowing you to tailor the experience according to your unique circumstance and schedule. This is not an “intensive course,” it’s an embodied container that spans weeks to months. While the live ceremonies have fixed dates (but are recorded), the majority of the course content is designed to accommodate the diverse rhythms of life, ensuring that the sacred path of the Priestess remains accessible.

While no cancellations are permitted, you are able to reschedule your session. If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Depending on the topic you are covering with Kate it can vary. Kate works with clients for a minimum of three months in order to ensure enough time is available to create real impact on the business and for the founder in their way of leading and operating. Longer time frames work well for topics such as: creating/reworking wider strategic initiatives, personal leadership development or new concept creation etc.

Each session is 60 minutes. Packages range in price and can be found on the Business Mentorship with Kate page.

Depending on whether or not you have funding or savings already, you may choose to start with The Feminine Code Business School. If you are seeking 1:1 work with Kate, and are in the early stages of starting up your business or finalizing your idea, please ensure that your business already has funding means (either through revenue, your own investment or external investment) so that changes can be instituted. If you wish to work with Kate for preparing yourself personally, for example in leadership, then the funding is less applicable.

After each session, Kate will send you follow up notes relevant to things you should look into or continue developing. It may also include homework for you depending on what area of the business you are working on.

No, anyone can book a session with Kate.

Kate is not a lawyer or an accountant, and therefore cannot help with legal set up or tax structures. This is better taken with your legal team and your accountant. While Kate has a great deal of experience across many industries, the topics of manufacturing or distribution will not be covered in great detail.

Working with Kate in her 1:1 Business Mentorship is a deep dive on every level and considers every aspect of both yourself and your business. In the Mentorship, you have access to Kate in two-live calls per month, 2X per week Voice Memos to maintain momentum, personalized homework, embodiment practices, as well as ad-hoc meditations or rituals. Additionally, she opens up her personal contacts (where appropriate), business secrets, and her own personal practices for those within this intimate program. Business Mentorship is by application only and starts at a minimum 3-month commitment. It is for those ready to take their business to the next level in a serious way. Business Readings are more limited in nature in that you come into the session with a core question or need and work through that issue in your 50-minute session.
