I’m Kate. Your Consultant & Divine Feminine Guide

Having started up, co-founded and run several companies, I’m what I like to call a serial entrepreneur. I love creating businesses. And, I love serving women in deeply supported and transformative spiritual containers. What I’ve learned is that these are not separate. Actually, when fused together with aligned action and sacred structure…I’ve seen countless women rise up rooted in their soul-led paths. This training is my way of weaving the sacred back into business.

It combines my business knowledge and experience—BBA, MBA, founder, investor, CEO—with my connection and devotion to spirit—as an initiated priestess trained in the divine feminine arts. THE METHODOLOGY
The Feminine Code Business School is comprised of 8 core phases, or modules, which follow the phases of the moon. The training includes 4 live sessions with Kate, video lessons, meditations, practical business frameworks, worksheets and energetic healing modality trainings that are taught in-line with the rhythms of nature.

Each week you will be given exercises related to the business theme, as well as the energetic theme. The Feminine Code Business School is truly like NOTHING else out there...

As CEO of one of the largest chess tech companies for 7.5 years, along with a BBA and an MBA, I gained a vast amount of knowledge about "doing business" in the traditional sense. At the same time, I was exploring the feminine wisdom of nature and my own spiritual journey. Admittedly, I didn’t meet many who shared this path, and so I often felt as though I was living a double life—one in my professional world and another in my personal life. This eventually led to burnout and dissatisfaction. In 2019, I made a pivotal decision to step into my truth and share it openly. I realized there must be a way to be both—authentic in my spiritual self and successful in business, all the time. That decision changed everything for me. I discovered I could build truly successful businesses while staying deeply connected to myself and the mystical.

Before our system became a patriarchal one, there was a deep reverence for the feminine. Feminine wisdom, her ability to move with the cycles and her intuition was revered.   • What is The Feminine Code Business School?

    The Feminine Code Business School is an 8-week intensive online immersion into building a successful business the feminine way. The Feminine Code is the first training of its kind using practical business frameworks that are woven together with the feminine wisdom of nature and it's cycles.

    You will learn to create and grow a business in-tune with the lunar cycle, the seasons, the elements and the woman’s own cycle. The Feminine Code training is practical for building and growing your new business or for helping you improving the business you are already running.

  • Where does The Feminine Code Business School take place?

    The Feminine Code is an entirely online training that takes place in the online learning portal and includes four live group sessions with Kate. Calls take place over video conference and the training takes place over a third party platform.

    You have one-year access from the start of the training so you can revisit the material again and again.

  • How much time do I need to commit and must I do the training live?

    The training requires approximately 3 - 5 hours of time per week if you are completing it real-time. This can vary based on how deep you go into the work and whether you expand the business frameworks over multiple aspects of your business. We recommend following the training pace with 1 module (or phase) per week.

    As the training is run in line with the phases of the moon over 8 weeks, it is best to keep with the pace of the training; however, if you do fall behind, it is no stress, as you can pick up where you left off and meet us for the live sessions when the begin.

    Building a business takes time, and this 8 week immersion will get you on the fast-track to starting up and scaling your business in an entirely new way.

  • What will I learn in the training? 



    The training will cover many different energetic healing modalities, as you are working a great deal with your own energy as it relates to your business. You will work with the feminine arts, the phases of the moon, the seasons, elements and the directions.

    We will weave this knowledge together with many different aspects of business, ranging from the foundation of Vision, Mission and Values, getting clarity on what you are here to do (either within your already running business or in a business that you have yet to create). You will look into customer segmentation, product and service creation, marketing, messaging, product packaging, pricing, budgeting, scheduling and business plan building.

  • What business aspects will NOT be covered in The Feminine Code Business School?

    The Feminine Code Business School is the first level of this kind of training and since it is a global program, the specifics of the following will not be covered: banking, investment, loans, tax structures, legal business structures and insurance. For these topics you will need to consult your insurance provider, your attorney and/or your accountant.

    The Feminine Code Business School will not delve into manufacturing or distribution aspects of business.

  • IS THERE A SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM FOR FINANCIAL NEED?

    Yes, The Feminine Code Business School is committed to helping entrepreneurs rise.
